Reproducibility & Performance Data

The DiscoveryEdge™600 panel has been evaluated on 24 biological replicates using Evosep One (Evosep) coupled to Stellar Mass Spectrometer (ThermoFisher Scientific) at 40 samples/day with scheduled acquisition. This instrumental setup allowed for absolute quantification with high precision with 7.4% CV across all workflow replicates.
